• September 4–8, 2017, Algebraic Approach to the Design of Block Ciphers. Presented the design of a new symmetric cipher, with a simple algebraic description. Mathematical Methods for Crytography 2017, Svolvær, Lofoten, Norway. Website.

• December 14, 2016, Intellectual Property—the dissenting view. Given to the 16/17 class of the MAPi doctoral programme (while the author was himself a student under the same programme, but of a previous year). Dept. of Informatics, Gualtar Campus, Braga, Portugal. Slides. See also this.
